theyre all piercings ...its called beading where they cut a hole in your skin noramlly just to the dermal layer of said skin and then open it up and slide surgical steel balls in

If I'm correct these are a different form of piercing it's very famous in Asia. I don't know if he has it though.

Could be a really bad case of HPV.. probably one of those high-risk types which has a chance to cause cancer in girls.. males usually don't get symptoms unless REALLY advanced and not cured. Besides, she has a really odd bump on her belly above her uterus. Likely both are infected heavily..
