So I want you to take your yoga blocks. We're going to use them for support. So just bring
your legs out in front. Flex your feet. We're going to flex and point here. Sit up nice
and tall. Bring your arms up above your head. Flex and point here.
Alright, point and flex. Really fill up your lungs here. Point and flex.
